Wonderful experience. Staff and doctors were all very friendly and knowledgeable. And the little things made a huge difference. Like getting on the floor with my senior dog instead of putting her on the exam table. The fact that she actually accepted a treat from them speaks volumes about how comfortable they made her (she's NEVER done that at a vets office before in the 12 years I've had her). Cannot say enough good things about them.

I love this place! I just got back from my first visit with them and it was an absolutely wonderful experience for both me and my little puppy who's sick. Debbie at the front desk was as sweet and helpful as they come in helping me get an appointment set up as I had to reschedule multiple times due to work. Ashley, the technician that saw us was very caring and wonderful with my little puppy. Dr. Anderson was the Veterinarian that helped us and was awesome, I could tell he really cared about the well being of my puppy but also had wonderful bedside manors with me and letting me know my little guy was going to be alright. He stayed a little longer with me to give me some great information I needed for properly taking care of my puppy since this is my wife and I's first. The facility was beautiful, spotless and didn't come off as a vet which helped keep my dog at ease. Being that this is the first vet i've been to I can not comment on the price as I have no frame of reference but I will say that the price seemed very fair for everything that they did for us. I"m definitely going to continue using Highlands Animal Clinic for all of my pets needs in the future.
