The staff is very kind and they are all animal lovers, but the doctor has an odd personality which prevents him from describing things clearly, he is very introverted. He did not seem to know what was wrong in some cases with our dog( she had a growth and a scratch on her eye) he did not know what had happened in either case, but other vets at other hospitals knew immediately. I must give them credit that they were great at administering the shots and they kept my dog comforted. Because it is such a small office it appears that they do not have all of the equipment that normal vets have. We were disappointed, they were nice but unfortunately they could not give our dog everything she needs.

Doc Sargent is amazing. Animals just seems to sense that he is there to help them. I've never seen my cat so relaxed in the hands of a vet. Very reasonable prices also.
