We have been going to PPP for over 5 years and have never had anything but GREAT experiences from the vets and staff. All phone calls are returned promptly, and each vet takes the time to listen and evaluate problems. We always get an appointment within 48 hours. This clinic is also incredibly affordable. We have never been overcharged for visits, or if an issue comes up, charged a second time for follow up visits. One of the reasons I truly support PPP is because of their community consciousness - they consistently runs low or no cost vaccination and spay/neuter programs, not only in Denver, but in other countries as well. Keep up the amazing work, and many kudos to the staff and vets for their great attitudes and attentiveness to both animals and their humans!

Very disappointed in a lot over at PPH 4170 Tennyson St, Denver, CO 80212 TOOK 2 WEEKS, JUST TO SET UP MY CATS APT, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, AND MAKE ONLY 1 ATEMPT TO CALL YOU BACK. This morning we dropped our pet off, and every worker there was very rude and mean. When we scheduled out pets apt they said our price was 55$ flat fee. Then we get there to day 9-9-14 and the lady forced us to pay an extra 15$ or they wouldn't see our pet. ( Keep in mind it was a 2 hr drive for us to get there). The lady at the desk also kept asking if we have a different last name. I kept telling her no, it's ______. She said oh so its not Millgillins "or some name like that she kep saying" . We said NO, it's _______ . The lady got even ruder by the minute. Then finally says - oh I found ur last name on the schedule, it's _____ . We said yes that is our last name we keep telling you this. Then she left our cat sitting on the desk top in his kennel and we thought that was NOT safe either. My son put his fingers through the kennel and was saying bye to his kitty...the lady said rudely - go, you can go now, go, ur ready to leave, go. She kept telling us to leave ( making us feel MORE UNSAFE about leaving our pet behind). I said to the lady, my son is saying bye to his pet...then the lady took the kennel away from my child and said - bye you can go now. Our exp could be a HUGE S.A. so we are giving the shortest story. But after we pick our pet up today at 4pm.. as the lady said to get him at. We will NEVER EVER return to PPH EVER AGAIN, and we will advise others NOT to go there either. OUR pet better not get k!lled ect by this place, or we will hire an attorney ect. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO PPH AT - 4170 Tennyson St, Denver, CO 80212 IT'S NOT WORTH IT, DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET OR YOU, all they care about is Money Money MoneyMoney Money horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Affordable? For the most part. Just be prepared as to how condescending, rude and aloof the ENTIRE staff is. I guess by providing somewhat affordable pet care, that gives them the right to treat pet owners with what amounts to contempt. My vet actually lectured me because I gave my Dobernman antibiotics for his swollen jaw and throat. Now, I know what you're thinking, but when I walked in (thinking it was a walk in clinic) I was turned away immediately. I asked if they could just ask a vet if there was anything I could do until my appt. 5 days later. They refused to go even that extra step (there was 1 person in the clinic). Coming back for my appointment, I was treated with condescenscion & disdain. My Vet (lindsey Matheson), went on a rant about how she has to deal with pet owners who self diagnose constantly. When I reminded her I was in 4 days before and asked for help and was turned away, she got quiet. So at least there's that. I'm guessing she's a good vet, but her demeanor is enough to make me not want to go back there ever again. There's better places to take your animal than these a-holes. Just being honest.

It was very sad to see my puppy die from PARVO but the staff was all very friendly and kind. They're prices are reasonable for those of us who can afford high end vets. I want to say thank you for being such an amazing part of this community

This place is good for cheap vaccination such as rabies, and temperament shots. In case of other serious check up for your pets I would not recommend Planned Pethood at all. First all, I just wanna say that I'm a pet owner, and when I ask to see a veterinary to check up on my dog because symptoms were showing. The counter lady and the vet looked at each other as if they really don't care nor want to help see what it might be by looking at my dogs hairless patch. You would think after seeing plentiful of animals and saving their lives they would already know some of these symptoms to tell their customers what might have caused it. Another downfall to this place is that they bully people into paying in order to receive treatment. Planned Pethood workers are not professional, and they do not try to exceed on customer concerns for their pets. Overall horrible! -shake head-
