I've been going to Tender Touch for years and love them. But what really stands out for me is their knowledge and compassion when the going gets rough - for both the pet and for their human. My two dogs reached old age under their care, and the staff has been so incredibly caring. The "it's time to have the geriatric dog" conversation with Dr. Graf far exceeded what I've observed many human MDs to be capable of. Dr. Graf always walks me through the options, implications of different choices, and also frankly the cost of different decisions. I can't imagine going through that with anyone else.

Love, Love, Love Tender Touch. They saved my Maine Coon Cat, Smuckers, life after she was attacked by a dog. They are very good and I would always recommend them!

I am absolutely so thankful for this hospital! Every single staff member is extremely caring and compassionate towards the animals and owners. My dog ended up with ER surgery due to an obstruction in his stomach. They treated him like a king. I couldn't be more greatful for Barr. She went above and beyond. I am 7 months pregnant and was a wreck finding out my other "baby" needed this surgery to save his life. She was very accommodating and even checked on him throughout the night, on her off time, to make sure he was ok. She made me feel so much better about the whole ordeal. I will be returning for future pet care. Very very impressed. Thank you

We've been taking our pets to Tender Touch for 4 years now and would not consider going anywhere else. The entire staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and thoughtful, as well as very knowledgeable. In addition, their love of animals comes through very clearly. I highly recommend them.

I honestly cannot say enough about this animal hospital. I love it here! Everyone that works here is kind, caring and compassionate, and the veterinarians are the best I have ever been to. When my dog was a tiny puppy I called frustrated because she would not sleep through the night (embarrassingly funny now...). The vet called me back and spent a good 20 minutes or so on the phone with me, discussing different strategies. That same puppy and her brother have been back several times for things other than their annual exams (ate an entire pork chop, developed bladder stones the size of peanut butter m&ms, ate something questionable at the park, limping, dental cleanings, etc...). The space is clean and very inviting. All procedures and the charges for them are explained in advance, and they will tell you if something can wait. They always call the day after we've been there to make sure everything is ok, even if they just had routine vaccinations. Drs. Steele and Graf are both amazing. I would and do recommend this animal hospital to anyone - this is the only place I'll take my furbabies to!
