I am rarely blown away by veterinary hospitals, but this is the exception. The care that my Groot received was phenomenal. Dr. Cassie Todd, our vet tech, Coral, and the entire front desk staff each were absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend this animal hospital highly enough. We'll be customers for life.

Dr Hafer and the staff at VCA Firehouse is amazing. I never feel rushed during my appointments and they are always loving and caring with my pets. They never try to have me get services or medications that my pets don't need. I know when I go here that my pets are in the best care possible!

We were visiting Denver for the Thanksgiving holiday when our 3.5 lb maltese fur baby became sick with severe diarrhea (and on the verge of becoming dehydrated) we searched/researched immediately for a veterinarian clinics that we felt would offer our dog the best in services in a city we were not familiar with. VCA Firehouse Animal Hospital was able to get us an appointment the morning that we called and the front was exceptionally kind when we arrived. The clinic is beautiful, the waiting area exceptionally comfortable with hot/cold drinks to enjoy during the visit/wait. The doctor that saw us and the technicians were all very gentle, knowledgeable and wanting to help in any way possible to make sure that our dog felt better and that we had everything that we needed in order to fly home safety with our dog and with confidence. The check out was amazing as well, when the bill came in well under $200 dollars and we were given an exceptionally nice new customer gift. This Animal Hospital was amazing from our first phone contact call to our final bill and exit. If I lived in the area I would make it our dogs vet and recommend them to our family that lives in the area. Thank you VCA Firehouse for helping our little dog feel better and for your warm atmosphere it made a world of difference when we were so worried about our dog. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone that lives in the area or needs a vet that is traveling through.

Dr. Spencer was great with my senior dog. Her attention to detail and dedicated time spent in our appointment really shows the quality of vets at this VCA hospital:)

My sister took my beloved Chico in from a hit and run he had on Saturday I was unfortunately at work when it happened and with no car took me half an hour to get to him they waited for me and explained everything about his condition and were very sympathetic with me and having to euthanize him. Very good people who work here if I ever get another pet I would not go anywhere else!!!
