I've been taking my cat here for years and they've always been amazing. However, it wasn't until last year, when my husband and I became first time puppy owners that I fully realized just how amazing Dr. Bobby and his team are. We had a lot of concerns and A LOT of questions. Dr. Bobby always took the time to answer everything thoroughly. He was incredibly patient and understanding. His team is also very available for calls and questions. So when something happens or goes wrong, there's always someone around to help. We have never felt rushed when talking to technicians or to the doctor-- which was very important for us since we did have so many questions. The customer care is phenomenal--you can truly tell the team cares about you, your business, and your pet. We also use their doggy daycare service and we LOVE it! It's one of the few things our Great Pyrenees gets excited about :) The staff that run it is just wonderful!

We have been clients of Dr. Bobby for several years now. He has put an old friend to sleep, preformed an ACL repair, and welcomed new pups. He is a very fine vet, lots of common sense and straightforward advice, with a tremendous staff. I have recommended him to several other pet owners and will continue to take all our animals to him.
