My complete appreciation to Dr. Thomas and her staff. Our cat has been having health problems and she provides prompt and loving care. I believe she provides this low cost service out of the goodness of her heart and love of animals. After our cat Maliha's surgery Dr. Thomas took her to her home overnight for observation, precautionary after anesthesia and surgery. She is very generous, your animal will be well cared for there.

Dr. Thomas and her staff are wonderful, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I've struggled to be able to afford vet care for my dogs for years, and I'm so thankful for this clinic and all that they do. Although this clinic is not run like most vet offices, there are no appointments, it's first come/first serve, I still had a very good experience. You most likely won't get as much one on one attention from the vet as you would at a regular clinic, but with the sheer volume of clients coming in this understandable. Dr. Thomas was friendly, professional, and my dogs seemed to love her and her techs. That really is important to me, that my pets feel comfortable with the clinic staff. One of my dogs had a strange lump on her leg that needed to be examined and then removed. Dr. Thomas clearly loves what she does, and its very clear how hard she works to be able to provide this service. They were able to get my dog in for surgery within about a week of the initial exam, and the surgery itself was amazingly affordable. I will definitely continue to bring my dogs here for their checkups, shots, and anything else in the future. My only complaint is that they do not accept credit cards, which is odd but they do take cash/checks.

Dr Thomas and her staff all LOVE animals and provide extremely competent professional services at affordable prices. It's amazing how rapidly and efficiently this well-oiled system of care checks in, examines, diagnoses and treats beloved pets! I've been taking pets there for years and Dr Thomas has ALWAYS correctly diagnosed and treated each of them with the most expert, gentle care you could want for your pet. I'm a senior and Dr Thomas' affordable pet care is the reason I can have a pet. Otherwise I couldn't afford this kind of excellent care for my pet. I'm so grateful to her every time I go in! She's awesome!

While visiting from Texas, a rescue I picked up 2 weeks ago developed problems. Dr. Thomas & her staff were empathetic and very kind to both me and the dog. She gave me meds and a referral at no charge as she knew I had already spent & was going to spend more money trying to help this little Missy. They told me to call with questions & thanked me for helping a stray. We're going back for a second opinion regarding cancer & leg amputation. I hope I find such a caring, low cost clinic in Houston in order to keep helping dogs like Dr. Thomas & her staff.

I've been here a few times and I am always amazed at how affordable it is compared to other places. They took great care of my cat when he needed to have his teeth cleaned/pulled both times. The people there are very passionate and they do whatever they can to help!
