Everyone here is amazing, from the front desk staff to the vet techs to the vets. They all take their time to make sure your pets are comfortable and that you understand what is happening. The level of care they deliver is truly exceptional.

We had a wonderful experience at the Front Range Veterinary Clinic. The staff was quick, curious, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff also expressed a genuine care for my pet and contacted us with various follow up calls. When it turned out my pet needed surgery, they did not put it off till tomorrow or send me to the emergency vet but stayed late to get my guy all fixed up. I definitely recommend this clinic

Best Vet I have ever encountered!!! Our dog had a few bad experiences at other vets offices. He tore his ACL and we needed to find a vet to help with the surgery. Dr. Trent Newcomer is the most wonderful vet! All of the staff was very friendly, professional, and very helpful. We have a pitbull mix, so most vets and vet techs are fearful of him, which only escalates the lack of trust our dog feels. Front Range Vet Clinic was the first office that did not try to restrain our dog and quickly try to do what needed to be done. Dr. Newcomer took the time to try and build trust with our dog making each appointment easier. Not only was he very knowledgable, he was compassionate and truly cared about the over well being of Ace. We have never waited longer than 5 minutes for an appointment and always treated like we were the only patients they had. I am obsessed with my dog and always have multiple questions. Dr Newcomer has always taken the time to make sure every question was answered without making me feel like he didn't have time. So many vets just pop in the room for five minutes and then head out leaving an unskilled assistant in charge of your pet. Front Range Vet, especially Dr. Newcomer will forever have my business, and I highly recommend all other pet lovers to take your animals there!! As far as the other review about the pet motel, I have heard similar rumors in the past (not sure if they are actually true), and I believe the pet motel was run by someone else. Unhappy with the care, ownership was changed and do not believe that anyone working at Front Range Vet could possibly treat any animal with anything but excellant care and love.

I left my dogs here over the weekend. I needed to extend their stay, so I tried calling the Motel. I called all day Saturday, never reaching anyone. I left multiple messages, they never called back. I wonder if they leave the animals there all weekend with no care. Went to pick my dogs up on a Monday, no one anywhere. Then 2 unfriendly people walked in. It looked like they had just rolled out of bed. Didn't say anything, just went in the back to get our dogs. No thank you, no comments on our dogs...nothing. Got our dogs in the car and they stuck their head in our cups of water. Drinking like they had nothing all weekend and eating crums off the car floor. This really broke my heart. I will never use this motel again and I hope you do not for the sake of your animals.
