My experience here was the worst. I took my 7 year old cat there due to constipation and they offered me 2 options. A surgical procedure that was very expensive, painful and not guaranteed or to euthanize him. They really pushed the surgical procedure and never tried to look for other options to try to solve my cats constipation. When I was there I asked them if it could be due to his diet. They said no it's not and never even asked me what kind of food he was on. They pressured me into doing the procedure and over $1,000 later my poor cat was still constipated. They offered to do the painful procedure one more time and if that didn't work then he should be put down. I took him to another vet for a second option and the first thing they asked was what kind of food is he on. Turned out it was his food and once I switched it and put him on a fiber supplement the problem was solved. Now 2 years later my cat is very happy and healthy!!!!! I cannot believe the vet and the technicians were so close minded and greedy to see there was a simpler solution. They aren't compassionate and don't care about your animals health they care more about the payout.

I highly recommend Raintree for your next vet trip! I had Dr. Arnold, and he was phenomenal. My dog is very energetic and rarely sits still, but she did really well even with a skin scraping. I had been seeing another vet in town for a skin issue with my dog for over two months, and they wanted to do all these tests but wouldn't give me clear answers about what was wrong. Dr. Arnold right away suspected what was wrong and provided a treatment, so my dog can finally be healthy again. Overall, great care! I will be making this my primary veterinary hospital.

I absolutely love Raintree! The staff are always kind and helpful. They are very professional and treat my animals and my family with respect. Dr. John Arnold is the most incredible vet in Fort Collins (and probably Colorado)! He is caring and kind to pets and their humans. I only wish my personal doctor was so great!

Brought my new baby savannah monitor in and when I left, I had all of my questions answered and felt ready and well prepared to take care of the little guy. The vet that i saw was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to provide me with great care information and to check my new guy for any health concerns. The staff was friendly and it was obvious that everyone there cared for each individual patient and their caretakers. I highly recommend Raintree Animal Hospital, especially for those looking for good exotic pet care.
