We love the vets at West Ridge! Whether it be a simple check-up or an emergency situation, we always feel the vets are helpful, kind, and treat our animals with love & respect. The vet techs are always supportive and helpful as well. We are glad to have the West Ridge family to take care of our loved pets.

Our cat, Loki goes to see Dr. Combs. Loki is a rather large cat and doesn't have the best manners when he is at the doctor. Dr, Combs sits on the floor and talks to him . Dr Combs is great with Loki. The girls are very friendly ,even with the grumpy old cat. The staff laughs at Loki when he wears his Halloween or Christmas costume. I would recommend West Ridge Animal Hospital for all of your pets needs.

We have been very pleased with the care our pets have received from the veterinarians and staff at West Ridge. They are probably a little more expensive than other vet facilities, but we can get appointments in the evenings and on weekends when we need them. Our first experience with West Ridge came when we needed to have our elderly cat euthanized and the veterinarian we were using at the time couldn't see us. We don't fault that vet. A single practitioner can't always be available. But West Ridge was there when we needed a professional, and we have remained with them. The veterinarians and the staff make clear their love for all animals, making trips to the doctor as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Combs and his staff are professional to the nth degree. It is apparent they truly care about your pets and their well being, providing gentle and quality treatments and care. The service is perfect. I highly recommend West Ridge Animal Hospital to all pet owners for quality care and service. Another important consideration from West Ridge is the communications. They will text, call or email depending upon your preferences regarding your pet care. From my personal experience with the entire staff, I have nothing but good things to report and I give testament to them for their professional care.

I take my parrots to see Dr. Combs. He's very knowledge, not only about health but behavior. One of my parrots is extremely skittish and he's excellent with him, taking it slow, being quick if he has to towel him, speaking gently to him and making sure to be thorough. I also had an emergency and called 15 minutes before closing. They waited for us to get there, were very thorough with the exam and didn't charge us the emergency fee for the visit. Definitely recommend! ETA: I have also adopted a dog and have chosen West Ridge as her new vet. We were treated wonderfully and they did a very thorough exam on her. I think I've finally found a dog Vet I'll be happy with.
