Dr. Bean is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The experience was wonderful and my cat was never nervous or anxious ...once we got away from those dogs in the waiting room :-) I have had bad experiences in the past at a place that supposedly specialized in cats only and this experience was very different. No expensive 'extra' tests were recommended and I felt very confident in the diagnosis and recommended treatment. I am very pleased.

My dog had never been good at vet offices, often they have to muzzle him and some flat out refused to vaccinate him due to his behavior. He has been to MANY different vet clinics and he never did well at them. Once I brought him to Rocky Mountain Small Animal he has done much better. Their staff is excellent and the vets treat the dogs like their own. My dog has been there for vaccines, emergency care and he's done wonderfully with them and their pricing is way more competitve than most. I would highly recommend this clinic to all of my friends and will continue to bring my animals to them.

I used to only trust RMSAH with my pets. Then I had a small animal die because they were sloppy. The stitching opened up, I had to take her to an after hours clinic that charged me several hundred dollars more before Rocky Mountain would see me again, THEN they charged me to stitch up their lousy job AND the animal died because it became infected and I couldn't afford ANOTHER visit. Rocky Mountain, your service used to be great, I used to recommend you to EVERYONE but after this I think you are lousy, money grubbing scum. You cared more about charging for fixing your mistakes than you did for taking care of the customers and their animals. You lack compassion and service and I hope that your bank account goes as bankrupt as your morality. Oh yeah, and when someone comes to drop off an animal, GOOD customer service is NOT having them wait 30 minutes for some nurse to saunter up front and take the animal. You've got TONS of front office staff, don't waste people's time waiting around while your gabby nurses blather back and forth and no one can be bothered to attend to the animals.

We took our dog there for a almost week. When we returned we found out that she was given vaccinations that she did not need (they had been given in April). We were forced to pay for the vaccinations and an exam or we could not pick her up. We also had left a bed with her that heats up. She loves that bed. The bed had been washed and does not work anymore. When I asked why the bed was washed we were told because she used the bathroom in her kennel. She is 8 years old and has never had an accident in the house. It's very obvious that our dog was NOT taken out and that the only thing the kennel wanted was our $300. I feel that my dog would have been better left alone at home. Please don't let the nice clean front office fool you -- they DO NOT take care of your animals.

We have taken our little shell-shocked dog to this vet many times and she has always done well. Vet is great with our dog. We also kennel her here when we go out of town. This is the only kennel that has been able to get her to eat anything during her stay. We refer others here all the time.
