I am so mad I can't see straight and I am going to be putting up a poor review for you folks on every website I can possibly think of due to your screwup and lack of assistance in getting this fixed! I brought my dog in to get a microchip and to get fixed on Friday April 11th. Then the surprise call that morning "The doctor did an exam and found she has another medical problem that has to be fixed and that will be more $$." Fine. Fix it. You have her and there is really no way for me to dispute the problem you claim she has. Strike one for surprise fees, but I can get over this one easy enough. I mean it is my baby right? Then I go to pick her up and I was told by the doctor "We registered the microchip for her so go to the micro chip website to make sure the information we have for you is correct" but there is a problem. A BIG PROBLEM. I went home right away and went to the website like the doctor told me and I attempted to see where it is that I am supposed to verify the information that you put in. The problem is that there isnt anywhere to "verify" what you put in for me and my dog. So WHY are you telling people this incorrect information?!? Do you know how frustrating it is to be given WRONG information about the security and safety of your dog?! Strike two for incompetence. I figure ok fine, I will create a profile like the WEBSITE is telling me to do and I will register it myself. I fill out my name address phone number, the works.. but when it came time to submit, it rejected because YOU PEOPLE registered the microchip already. YOU REGISTERED IT ALREADY AND I AM HELPLESS TO FIX THIS MYSELF! Strike three for creating a problem where there didn't need to be one! So I use the contact link to contact the website to tell them that the microchip has been registered already. I filled out my name phone number and such and submitted it. THAT WAS LAST FRIDAY AND IT IS NOW TUESDAY. My dog's information is out there without a proper profile and I am left waiting for someone somewhere to get around to calling me and helping me fix the mess you created by registering the microchip! What if my dog is lost today and this mixup has not been fixed??!! I called you folks this morning but the gal on the phone was not listening to what I was saying... She tells me "check the information that we put in on the website for that microchip" and when I told her it doesn't give me that option, she said "just use the contact button". I told her I did that already and she says "Well you need to take that up with the microchip registry website, not us." I have news for you lady, creating a problem and then washing your hands of the mess is what is making me see red! Telling me repeatedly to go check the profile for that microchip is an ignorant instruction because THERE IS NO OPTION TO DO WHAT YOU KEEP TELLING ME TO DO! And how would you like to be told to fill out a form and someone will get back to you when you are desperately trying to verify and fix a problem with the security of your dog?! The website doesn't have a phone number to call and you refuse to help me so now I am stuck waiting to see if ANYONE will help me... either from you or from the registry website! Due to YOUR screwup. Do yourself a favor and leave the registering of the microchip to the OWNER OF THE DOG. How incompetent can you folks be!
Great place. They did a great job with our beloved kitten. She healed quickly and the stitches and everything look great. Very professional work and a very fast recovery.
I had my 12yo Labrador neutered, I could not have had a better experience. They even removed a small little growth on his eye at no extra expense. If I have to have this service preformed on any other pet I will be returning to Spay Today.
Great place to get a spay it or over priced clean nice people my dog did not stay the night so that was great and did I say clean
Please do not take your dog here. If you love your dog and do not like to traumatize your dog do not let spay today neuter your dog. This morning I woke up to my dog crying and I immediately went to him to see what was wrong. I noticed a lot of blood on his scrotum and an opening in it. We took him to the emergency vet and the doctor was appalled on where the incision was located. He said no one puts the incision where spay today does, the incision was on the bottom of the scrotum. If you do choose to take your dog here buy a cone before you take your dog home. So your dog does not lick the incision. Spay today told us that the majority do not lick and unless you notice excessive licking that we would not need one. Now I have to live with the horrible feeling that I let someone else hurt my dog and that I paid them to do it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE TO HAVE THIS OPERATION DONE.
