So far my experience with this particular location of Banfield has been very positive. We see the same doctor almost every time, which is important to me. Some other Banfields go through a lot of docs. They are proactive about my pets care but don't try to push unnecessary treatment. I have signed all my pets onto a Wellness Plan and am quite happy with the care and the price as vet care can be outrageous.

I posted this same review on yelp....Worst vet experience that I've had in 20 years. They totally took advantage of us and prescribed drugs that were not necessary. Doctor had very little to no people skills and did not even examine our puppy in front of us. Everything was done behind a closed door and we could hear her cry. I will never go back. Here is my response from hearing from Banfield as a result from my review on Yelp: All the manager could say was I'm sorry and this never happens. It was constant excuses. She kept asking what she could do to for us because of the awful experience. I had to ask her to get reimbursed and she only reimbursed us for the unnecessary drugs not the tests. Very little to no customer service. I 100% do not trust them!

All around very disappointed with Banfield. We tried them twice and was very disappointed both times and have decided to switch vets. The first vet missed a tick on our puppy even after we specifically told him that our puppy may have ticks. The second vet prescribed expensive tests that in the end that were inconclusive and ended up just prescribing antibiotics for our puppy. The second vet also didn't even pet or touch our puppy. Who doesn't pet or touch a puppy?? We ended up with the same vet tech both times that had a difficult time working their computer system, she spent 90% of her time on that, couldn't recall her password or how to look up codes.
