Hannah has been a client of Dr. Jennifer's for over 4 years and has always had wonderful care in this clean clinic that runs on schedule. Recently she challenged us with some tumors that required surgery and referrals. Dr. Jennifer went above and beyond to help guide us and to find a new and innovative treatment for Hannah. Calling us after hours is not unusual. Hannah is stable and now Cassi is a new client of hers and receives the same warm, personal treatment. Dr. Jennifer was very helpful last week in recommending trainers for our energetic puppy! From the front desk staff, technicians to the doctors, the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Sara has been our veterinarian for 31 YEARS!! Even though we moved 43 miles away thirteen yrs. ago, we couldn't begin to find anyone who could come close to either the level of technical knowledge and skill or the compassion of Dr. Sara and her staff. We are as particular about the level of care we acquire for our "four-legged babies" as we are for our children, as they are part of our family. Whether it has been regular visits or dire emergencies, we KNOW WITHOUT DOUBT, they will get the VERY BEST CARE. Jennifer Adams has quickly become our animals' favorite vet. We were given a kitten that had a serious gum disease that could potentially kill her. After several different specialist and vets we were referred to Southwest Veterinary Hospital that was able to do the much needed full mouth extraction to save little Ashes at a much more reasonable cost. Jennifer was so gentle with her and she recovered in no time and is still the very lovable kitten we fell in love with. All our pets see Jennifer she is so amazing and patient with all of us. I have taken my dogs to SW Vet since they opened over 30 years ago. In that time we have dealt with many issues on 3 different dogs. Each time we were treated in a professional but friendly and, in some trying times, very compassionate manner.
