This is my first time there. Our experience was a good one. Dr. Voss and staff seemed genuine and supportive. The plan of treatment was appropriate to the diagnosis. I will use them again in the future based on my experience. I would highly recommend trying them.

I brought my cat here for the first time. She died 3 days later after they said she probably just had altitude sickness from my move....insult to absolute injury.. they miserably misspelled her name on her clay pawprint and her urn. Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a vet...

My dog has cysts on her back, I had them removed while doing her dental cleanings, she gets them done once or twice a year, since she's prone to dental issues. They did not make me aware of the pain she would be in after having thecysts removed or what she would look like. They also forgot to remove several stitches on her return visit. I ended up removing them myself, after finding them several weeks later. The scars and wounds were humongous, it looked like a butcher job. I have pictures if anyone wants them, just send me an e-mail. The worst part is that since she's an older girl, part of why I brought her over was her incontinence, which we never solved. Now months later, I'm bringing her to another vet to figure it out. VCA is damn expensive and I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of work they did.

Dr. Wilk's isn't here anymore! She is truly the best Vet! My dog's miss her!
