Family Member Animal Hospital receives our highest rating for several reasons. Dr. Kay is our favorite vet. She has always been courteous, kind, informative and outgoing. She is NOT a heart surgeon, but she suggested the best possible place for us to take our beloved Maddie, when she developed a heart murmur, which progressed into congestive heart failure. Dr Kay was the first to offer that diagnosis which was later confirmed by the CSU Veterinarian Hospital. As you walk into the waiting area, the staff is always very friendly. This office is fully featured offering not only veterinarian services, but also offers additional vendors who provide dog grooming, agility and behavior training and teeth cleaning / oral care. There is a pet feed store next door too, but I do not think they are part of the Veterinarian office.

Seems to be more concerned with making the most money, then about the animals she serves, is always trying to up sale in needed surgerys, dose not give her full attention to the animal in front of her, at one point asked us to finish trying to get our dog to work so she could go start an exam on another. So if u want to have your dogs health be treated like something on an assembley line shes your vet
