Dr. Griffits always does a great job. I have cats, dogs, a 4foot Iguana, and she takes the time to do it right. I recommend her to everyone. She comes to your house! My dogs are way more comfortable in their own home. I work 2 jobs and the money I save from her coming to our place alone adds up big time. I've lived in Loveland since 1984 and used other vets over the years but she is the best by far. 15 yrs ago when Sammy had a weird hair falling out thing and another vet said she'd be on meds forever I went looking for a new vet as I knew there had to be a better solution. I found Dr. Carolyn Griffits and I've been happy ever since. She has done spay & neutering in her traveling RV clinic. She makes emergency visits when needed for abscessed cat bites. She wrangles my beagles to get their nails trimmed. She even trims my 4foot long Iguana. When I rescued "Lizzy" I thought her legs were just "fat". Dr. Griffits educated me on the fact that those were actually fractures from having an improper diet in her old home. When it's time to say goodbye to an old pet and it's time to put them down she makes it as smooth as possible. She took care of "details" that I had no clue how to handle. Sammy came back to us in a little flowered box and sits on the mantle even now. I can't say how much I love my animals, they are like my children and only the best is good enough for them. She made an emergency visit yesterday to check if the stray dog I had brought in was mangey or not, it was just bad allergies that had been neglected for months. Carolyn will take good care of your pets from when they are kittens and need shots to everything else. Carolyn is hands down the best vet in Loveland / Berthoud area.

Dr. Griffitts was fantastic! She came to our house and was so thorough and gentle with our cats. It was so nice not having to take them to a vet and having them stressed in the car. Her prices are VERY reasonable! Love her!!!

Dr. Griffitts is a spectacular vet. She may be best known for her work as an Iditarod vet, but her care for our three cats (and previously our aging dog) has been wonderful. She has been a mobile vet since 1997, and our vet since about 1999. Her prices are extremely reasonable, and although her home office is in Loveland, she comes to our home in south Boulder and we've never had trouble getting a prompt appointment. Dr Griffitts obtained her degree from Cornell University, widely considered the best veterinary college in the U.S., and it shows. Highly recommended.
