As far as vets go, we have a pretty good time with this one. The doctors were knowlegeable and the staff made me feel as if I had known them for years.

Our dog was misdiagnosed and wrongly treated, with many visits and pricey medications! On the final visit, she was finally diagnosed with mange, the doctor said treatment for mange was toxic to the dog and that it would go away on its own. After waiting 2 weeks, we took her to a vetanarian who diagnosed it and treated it. It took 2 1/2 months of costly treatments to get our dog healthy. Mange IS treatable and it was NOT toxic. Matter of fact the steroid that the doctor at Banfield put our dog on, makes mange even worse! We recently received a phone call for us to take our dog in for her shots, we had purchased the health plan. How convenient for them, they called after the plan expired! I would not recommend Banfield to anyone!!
