Parker Center Animal Clinic ranks up there among the best Veterinary Clinics I've ever been to. Any time I've needed to bring in either my cat or dog, I've never had any difficulties with scheduling appointments, and they're usually able to get me schedule me within a day or two of me calling. The staff are always friendly and great to talk to, and whenever I have any questions or concerns, they're more than willing to help out. PCAC is a great, there's nothing else to it. I completely trust in them to offer the best care for my fuzzy family members, and I highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a warm and inviting location for their pets.

From the first call to the checkout after the appointment, the experience is always upbeat and positive! The staff work with you to get an appointment that meets your needs. When I arrive I have yet had to sit in the waiting room. It's a cheerful greeting, on the scale, and into an exam room. All the techs I have talked with during exams are friendly and interested in me and my pet. I have had the pleasure to see all the doctors with one or the other of my German Shepherds and I recommend them all. They are personable, knowledgeable, they don't pressure you, they answer all questions and my dogs LOVE them! Staff get you checked out quickly and provide you with a 'report card' and photo ID of your pet. Care doesn't stop there. I get follow-up calls when necessary and I get e-mail and text notifications for med and appointment reminders. I actually look forward to routine exams!! :) PCAC is a full service clinic and it shows that they love animals and love what they do!

We have been going to PCAC for the past 14 years. Our dog Toby became very ill and we were given all our options and the cost we were not pressured in any way and were given time to make our decision. In the end we had to put him down, Dr Noon and the staff were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We now have a Charlie and would not think of taking him anywhere else.

PCAC has always been awesome to us. Our family has two dogs and PCAC was always great when our dogs were healthy and in for their check-ups. PCAC really stood out, though, when one of our dogs was bit by another dog which began a six month long struggle. They were by our side through it all. They did everything they could to save her. They did what they could in office and referred us out to multiple specialists when needed. They always kept our financial limit in mind, though, and would discuss different options with us. We never felt pressured to choose a certain path. When we finally found out what problems the bite had caused, we discovered that there was nothing else we could do and must put our dog to sleep. Their office talked through this difficult decision with us. Afterwards, Motichka sent a sweet hand-written card offering his condolences and kind words of encouragement. From the beginning to the end, this office has made us feel comfortable and taken care of.

PCAC is the best vet we have every visited! The staff and doctors are very caring and attentive. I would recommend PCAC to anyone.
