Always warm and welcoming! The staff truly cares about every animal that walks in the door! I had a veterinarian my dogs used to see that was there for us for 25 years. She retired and I really struggled finding someone new. Pine Grove was recommended to me and they fit even better!! My dogs just love the staff! I am highly impressed with their knowledge of animal behavior! They are spot on! I couldn't be happier, nor could my dogs! Thanks for being there!

Dr. Hess and his staff have cared for our dogs for many years. They have always provided excellent and timely care. Angie always greets us by name when we walk in the door. When faced with difficult decisions they have been patient to provide me with the information I needed to make an informed choice for my dog's care. I have recommended many friends to Pine Grove Animal Hospital and I will continue to do so in the future.

I am so happy that I have Dr. Hess and the Pine Grove staff caring for my animals. I have been taking my dogs and cats to them for well over 10 years (I think more like 15 years) and have always felt that my animals have received the very best care. Over the years Dr. Hess cared for 5 dogs and 3 cats that have shared my home. He and his staff have cared for several of them from when they were just a few weeks old all the way into their maturity. He has been there when a couple of my companions were ready to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I moved out of the Parker area 9 years ago and continue to go back for the care of my animals. I highly recommend Pine Grove Animal Hospital.

We have been with Pine Grove for 3 1/2 years and have received nothing but excellent care! Both Dr. Hess and Dr. Costello are so knowledgeable and compassionate! Unlike other vet offices, I never leave there feeling like I've been talked into getting unnecessary testing or lab work done for my dog. The techs are so loving and treat my Zoey as if she were their own pet! Angie at the front desk is always a friendly, loving and welcoming face and makes every patient/owner feel important! She knows that office through and through, making check-ins and check-outs go really smoothly. I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else... One thing I really like is that they have a separate entrance for pets with Kennel Cough or other highly-contagious conditions. Their office is VERY clean and never has an odor. It surprised me to read some of the negative Google reviews, as I have had nothing but positive experiences. Perhaps it was because they were from 5 years ago? I wasn't a client then but can attest to Pine Grove Animal Hospital CURRENTLY being top-notch!

Dr. Hess and his staff provide excellent customer service and take great care of my animals during the visits to their office. I have found that their prices are reasonable and they do not try to add unnecessary services during my visits, which is always appreciated! I could not be more pleased with the services provided at Pine Grove Animal hospital.
