We had to go in the middle of the night to put our dog of 16 years to sleep. The assistant and the doctor were both unbelievably awesome. They were caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and made sure to explain the procedure and what to expect. Their procedures made things go as quickly or as slowly as we requested. They made a very difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be.

All Staff Members were great. A special thanks to Dr. Lauren Newsom who saved my dog Pepper. Dr. Lauren is very smart and informative. She is also very caring and keeps you updated as things are going on. She helped to decrease my stress level greatly, as my dog almost died. I appreciate all of her hard work. She also let my call her for days after my dog came home whenever I had questions. This is the best place as well as the best care for your pet.

Don't go here if you can help it. Rude staff, and all about making money and playing on stress and emotion of pet owners. Came in at 9:30 with a dog needing it's stomach pumped. From the first desk girl, who chatted and took her time with people in front of me while my dog needed attention, to being left for 2.5 hours with no word as to what was happening, (If I dared asked, I was told snottily that the vet was "busy" and I needed to wait.) Finally the vet appeared at 12:00 am and went rapidly through clinical terms and, and wanted my dog to spend three nights for a measly $1000. I asked her to slow down and speak in terms I would understand, and give me risks and prices, and was treated with a glare. When I said I did not wish to spend that at the moment, since the odds were that my pup was fine, I was then told "Of course if you want to take that gamble. Most people take them home anyways, just monitor your pet, the odds are he's fine" WOW!!! What a miserable experience with miserable people.

We have been customers of CPH for almost 30 years with 7 different animals. We have always received very good service. Their compassion for all animals is obvious and greatly appreciated. We recently had to put one of our dogs to sleep and they helped us through a very hard time. We would like to thank all the doctors and staff at CPH for all their years of compassionate service. We would never go anywhere else because our animals are like our family and we feel CPH treats them that way also.

My older cat (17 years young), Petey, was treated at CPH this week, September 15, 2014, due to his inability to eat or drink for over two days. We were seen by Dr. Quigley and received outstanding customer service and a very warm, understanding, caring attitude. She not only cared for Petey, but cared for his "mom", who was extremely distraught. In short, our appointment was on Monday, his condition was dire, and I can enthusiastically report that as of today, Petey is back to eating, albeit very slowly, and I know he will back to his normal self very quickly. I appreciate that Dr. Quigley was able to quickly examine and offer a step-by-step plan to determine the probable cause of his condition. No dramatic jumps to costly tests. One of the side benefits to using a 24 hour facility is that there is always someone there to answer the phone, schedule appointments, and answer your questions. I highly recommend this facility.
