Had a dog with a high temperature. I was able to get the dog in right away. Did some blood work and got the results back quick. We were able to get the dog on some antibiotics. The office called 4 or 5 times to see how the dog was and did a good follow up on it. This tells me they care about the dog as much as I do. Thank you, Animal Clinic, and Dr. Stroberg for the great service!

I recently visited Animal Central with my cat Lilly. Lilly can be very difficult when it comes to seeing the vet (hence the reason it's been 2 years since being to the vet), she doesn't like to leave the comfort of her own home, so she doesn't get out much. I had heard from another cat lover that Animal Central had a room specifically for kitties and that they were great with her kitty, so I gave it a try. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the extremely friendly front desk staff and was taken to the cat room immediately so Lilly wouldn't be stressed out in the lobby. I noticed that a major part of the kitty room had to do with the plug in that they had in the wall that I learned later, releases pheromones for the kitties to help them feel at ease. After a short wait, the technician, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, came in and was very gentle when meeting Lilly, she took her time and let Lilly sniff her out first. After a little while of warming up, she was able to pet Lilly! They also used a warm towel to handle her, I really liked that idea and had never seen it before. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Wendt who was also extremely gentle and loving with my kitty. She took the time to answer the random questions that I had and didn't seem to be in any rush with me. They even followed up a couple days later to make sure that Lilly was doing okay! This visit actually went extremely well and I'm not as nervous to take my kitty in when she needs her shots! I definitely will be returning to Animal Central!

Animal Central is a great place to take your pets (cats, dogs, exotic creatures) for veterinarian treatment, vaccines, lodging, daycare and more! Of course, I am partial as I am married to the vet! :) He is a kind, patient, and caring individual. It also saddens me to see the old negative reviews - just realize that there are always 2 sides to every story! Would you ever go to your family physician and argue with him or her when they tell you what they feel needs to be done? Happens in veterinary medicine and shouldn't.... your pets can't tell you what they need but Dr. Stroberg can! I am proud to say I am part of the Animal Central family! Dr. Stroberg takes wonderful care of our pets....Dr. Erin Wendt is also an amazing and caring doctor! This facility is clean, unique, and has an "all star" staff - come in and meet them today!

Thank you Dr Stoberg, for helping me out with a stray cat I found. You went out of your way to for me...check up, shots, and chip. Dr Stroberg donated his services to me, which I didn't expect, but I'm not surprised. That is the kind of man he is! The front desk staff were kind, and very helpful. We recently had to take our 12-year-old yellow lab to Animal Central. They are not our regular vet but saw us immediately due to a medical emergency. They spent all afternoon with us and were very compassionate and caring. My wife and I were very pleased with the service and thought the charges were very reasonable given we were there for over five hours and had many tests & procedures.
