The WORST place to take any pet. They tried to put my dog down because she was constapated (obstruction) inthe x ray, that my dog would die tonight. The worst place ever. My dog passed it and is bouncing around the yard happy as ever.

The customer service, friendliness and knowledge of the front check in staff is horrible. I certainly hope they treat the animals better than they do the people that they deal with.

We've been going to this center for about 6 years with our two dogs. The doctors are fantastic; however, their front office staff has recently taken a downturn. Specifically, when attempting to schedule appointments for both a routine and a mild issue - the store was booked out four days. Obviously, with an issue we want to get the dog in as soon as possible. The front office employee taking the call laughed/huffed at the fact that we thought we could try to get in sooner! Further, during the last 3 or 4 appointments, the team has been severly understaffed - resulting in long wait times beyond the scheduled time slot and 30 plus minute waits in one of the rooms just waiting for someone to show up. I want to say this very clearly - the doctors are awesome here. The scheduling issues and less than customer friendly front staff are my only concern. Previously, this was not an issue and this center offered outstanding front and back office support. If you can get in here, your dog will be well taken care of. We've been on the banfield plan for both of our dogs since they were born - we LOVE the plan and it has definately paid for itself many times over. For better customer service and friendly scheduling - consider going to the Banfield on Federal (Westminster) or Wadsworth Bypass (Arvada). Both stores have talented doctors as well as a friendlier/well staffed front desk. Additionally, both of these stores are able to make appointments with less notice.

was left waiting 45 minutes in the room and nobody came in. when I finally went out and said something they sent a tech in, and then left me waiting another 15 minutes for the vet. All in all, spent an hour and a half there and the receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. I'll definitely go to another location in the future. Disappointing.
