I love the quality of care my pets get here. Dr. Garvin is amazing, and you can really tell he cares about your pets. One of my cats had an eye infection, and I tried to get him into a different Banfield, but they said they were too busy and wanted to schedule an appointment several days out. When I called this Banfield, Dr. Garvin was also completely booked, but still told me he would squeeze in a quick check and get my cat the care that he needed. And despite being booked, I never felt like Dr. Garvin was rushing through my appointment; he still answered all of my questions and took wonderful care of my cat. That was the first visit I ever had with Dr. Garvin, and I will never go anywhere else.

Used to be much better. No longer had emergency hours and they are down to one vet. Dr. Garvin is a great vet. Very knowledgeable and kind, two things that I think are extremely important with a vet. He is however overwhelmed. They need to get another vet on staff before they start losing clients.

Dont listen to the bad review. My dog had intestinal cancee snd Dr. Garvin did his exploritory surgery and saved his life. He gave him a significant amount of life with a tragic cancer. They gave me a glimmer of hope. I also have seen 3 other vets there who were just as wonderful.

We ended up having to take our dog here last night for an "emergency", it wasn't truly emergent but was best to be taken care of ASAP. I called and the reception was extremely helpful and said she could squeeze us in for the next appoint before closing. He got taken care of and I got a call back a few minutes ago to check up on him. Great service! We were debating on the wellness plan here for both our dogs, now there is no doubt in our minds its the best fit for us.

They provided great care for my cat during his final days. And they were more than kind to me during this very difficult time.
