These folks love animals and it shows. I felt like they genuinely cared about both of my dogs. Every person I came across was so kind and helpful. I can't say that about any of the other veterinary offices that I've had experiences with. Awesome staff, awesome care for the pets that are a part of your family.

I have been going to Bolton Vet for 5 years and they are the best I have found. They are a bit of a drive for me, but I am always disappointed with at least one aspect of care when I try to go to vets that are closer to me. They doctors are all knowledgeable and will answer your questions about treatment. They have the ability to do many tests to ensure an accurate diagnosis. The techs and receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. They care and it shows in how they treat you and your pets.

They have been nothing but helpful for the past 6 years I have been taking my pets to them. They always have appointments and when there is a true emergency they are there and willing to work with us to find out what is wrong. We have a very anxious self injuring dog. The regular vet recommended behavioral therapy for the dog, and the behaviorist worked closely with the vet to combine medication and training to decrease obsessive compulsive behaviors with our dog. That and the emergency care for when she did have an incident have saved our beloved dog's life!Thank You Bolton Vet!

The service and care are far beyond my expectations. One pet of ours was treated after a serious injury. She was nearly gone when we brought her to the clinic, but the staff did everything in their power to revive her and were extremely supportive when she passed away. Another pet of ours went there for routine surgery recently, and everyone was so kind and professional, and the procedure went very smoothly and healed well. The staff there were very helpful in finding an appointment we could attend, and were very understanding of our needs. I highly recommend this clinic, especially for the emergency and surgical services I have received so far, for "exotic" pets. Thanks Bolton Veterinary Hospital!!

This is the worst vet ever! I took my 22 lb cat there because he broke his left rear "ankle". It cost me $1000 for a cast and some pain meds. I followed their instructions and kept him immobile (as much as you can for a cat). 3 times the cast came off... and they blamed me! I had to spend another $300 the third time. Finally, he did it a fourth time, the cast came off. This was all within 2 weeks. I took him to the Lebanon vet, they did it for waaaaaay less money and the cast they made him stayed on the entire time (about 3 more months). Bolton vet is incompetent, rude and over priced. I paid $1300 for NOTHING.
