Normally all my pets see Dr. Brown and have seen Dr. Pritchard when Dr. wasn't available. Both Drs have always given my pets quality care. Dr. Brown is kind and gentle with my animals which help them relax a little when they go for their checkups or any other issues they may have. I feel she is knowledgeable with practically all of the pet issues I bring to her, and if she was unsure about something, she researched and got back to me with a plan on what we should do next. The rest of the staff are friendly, courteous, and extremely patient and helpful. It is a pleasure to go in there because everyone makes you feel welcome, and seem sincerely concern about the welfare of your pet. They send out great reminders of upcoming appointments, or time to make an appointment. They always offer to help you in or out or anything you need. And the follow up on your pet is wonderful. I have and will continue to recommend ECAC to everyone I know with a pet.

Dr. Prichard is the best vet ever, as are all of the other staff members who I've met so far. They truly care about the welfare of your pets.

Since my Husband and I moved to Ellington we have brought our cats here for their care and soft paws applications. It is a fantastic experience for both pet guardians and their pets. They are professional, courteous, compassionate and take the time to get to know you and your pet. I wish we had found them years ago as I would drive across the state to bring my cats to their practice.

Everyone on staff is wonderful. They took the time to figure out which vaccination was making my dog sick and were very kind and patient during the process. Highly recommend them!!
