WONDERFUL vets! we had to have our 18 year old cat put down and they made it as easy as possible for us and our cat - very caring and loving. We got 2 kittens, and they are being taken care of beautifully by the staff and doctors.

I am SO incredibly impressed with the DVMs at this Animal Hospital. These vets are by far the most amazing DVMs to ever help my dog. The reception staff were very helpful and kind and noted mistakes made by my previous vet. Dr. Lovers went far above and beyond the typical service I get when I go to a vet for a routine vaccination. He listened to my entire dog's health history as well as current habits. He even taught me little tricks to keep my dog healthy. If I am ever able to find a doctor for me, that was as helpful as this vet towards my dog, I will be astonished. If ever possible, I will never bring any of my pets anywhere else. What a great place!

Our small breed was experiencing vomiting and dehydration and we brought him in to stay overnight. He was admitted by a receptionist with a promise that the doctor would look at him and call us back. The day went by and no call. This was on a Saturday so they were closed for the the weekend. No communication. They don't even know the details of what's wrong with him and he'll be in their care with no communication for the next 48 hours. There has never been any bedside manner to speak of from these doctors and now this. Completely unacceptable. We will be going to Rippowam from now on where we've been treated professionally and kindly and that there's some acknowledgement that these are beloved animals that they're dealing with and not power tools.

I don't think I have ever spoken with someone quite as rude as the receptionist I spoke with this morning. After going here for over two years, I was so repulsed by the receptionist that I actually called another vet and switched immediately after I got off the phone with them. The vets are very good, but they have lost my business because of the receptionist.
