Need 2 rating systems; one for Vets/techs and one for the staff... Dr Soucy excellent surgeon and diagnostician; trust her with all of my pets and would refer her to anyone;also like Dr. Ackles. Techs are very helpful. Staff out front is 50/50 ; Linda and Patty are excellent; professional, thorough and compassionate The other's need attitude adjustments and to be reminded of who is the client; a few in particular have an overinflated sense of importance and are condescending and just rude at times. Partners need to clean house, there are too many good vets on the shoreline where people feel welcomed; if not for Dr Soucy and capabilities of the facility , I would have left this place long ago....

I especially like Dr Dellamonica and Dr Soucy.

Great vet. Very good to our two dogs. Excellent care.
