I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Berlin. The entire staff including reception, boarding and doctors genuinely care about the pet and the pet parent. My cat Bob receives excellent care, and it is a very stress free environment. All of the doctors are wonderful, and I have total trust in the care Bob receives. I would also like to add that when I bring Bob in for boarding when we go away, he comes back very happy and stress free. That tells me what a wonderful place this is.

I have been bringing my kitties to the Animal Hospital of Berlin for almost 18 years (just after I first found my triplets in a parking lot and became an 'accidental pet parent'. The staff are caring and proficient. The vets are great in appointments and in phone consultations.True, as they get older my cats increasingly protest their visits (i.e. any trip outside their house or yard) but I want them to have quality care and that's what they get here. Vet costs may be rising (like human medical costs) but pet insurance is available. And, if you love your pets like family members then you want a vet practice that you trust. I have confidence in the Animal Hospital of Berlin.

I cannot recommend the Animal Hospital of Berlin more highly. All of the staff are compassionate,caring and attentive. From boarding my animals yearly for many years through routine medical appointments to emergency situations, the care and treatment has been exemplary. I have had two animals with tricky chronic conditions, where medications have needed adjustment according to the state of the condition. With both animals, the vets and technicians have taken the time to work with me so that I can better care for my 'kids.' I have been presented with treatment options that best fit the 'personality' of my animals. These options have extended the life of my currently elderly cat. Staff have also gone out of the way to fit me in for an appointment if something unexpected has come up. If you love your animals like family, this is the place to take them for treatment!
