Absolutly love the whole crew - I have 4 dogs and they have been helpful and careing about all of them. I would recommend them, and do, to anyone and everyone who really cares about there pets.

Dr Carter and the entire staff are absolutely dedicated, knowledgeable, professional and caring. Willing to "think outside the box" when everyone else gave up. The amount of time you all spent researching possible treatments to help Bailey was beyond any experience I've had at other animal hospitals. The personal care for my dog and for me was fantastic. Pricing is more than fair. I have gotten more than my money's worth. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital for the care of all your pets. Thank you for all you do!

My Suzie has been going to Pond Point Animal Hospital since she was born 10 years ago!!! The hospital is friendly, caring and professional!!! I like that they send reminders for shots and appointments helping me to make sure Suzie is up to date with her medical care. Dr. Carter and her team are always professional and caring.

I had just relocated to the East coast with my 2 cats in tow and needed a veterinarian. I first went to a vet in Stratford who advised a radical treatment for a common condition in geriatric cats. Needless to say, I never returned. Next I heard about Pond Point from a former employee who is related to my sister-in-law. I was set at ease as soon as I entered the building. There was a relaxed atmosphere and no smells. The staff is efficient and I was taken into the exam room quickly. So far so good. I am always greeted by Dr. Carter with a warm smile. She handles my cats adeptly, and I'm always given a plan for their care. If blood work is ordered, Dr. Carter follows up by giving me a call and discusses the results.. In fact, if I have any issues with my cats I can always reach her by phone. I feel that Dr. Carter is an excellent diagnostician, and, moreover ,cares about the animals' owners as well. She makes you feel like you're part of the Pond Point family.

Exceptional compassionate care. Dr Carter and her entire staff go out of their way to care for both your pet and owners. I have three dogs that visit Pond Point and they are all cared for with love and compassion.
