COST ME A DAY OF LEAVE AND $100+ FOR FORMS I COULDNT USE. GOOD VET DO NOT USE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL Look I'll be straight. Its a decent vet, they know the medicine part and the staff is friendly. However, they require more training in INTERNATIONAL EXPORTATION of pets. The staff told me on three seperate occaisions that they could sign off as a USDA certified vet on the APHIS 7000 series form however they were not qualified to do it. I had to drive to Boston to get it done on my last day of leave and I couldnt use the forms and physical that they provided which was a waste of 100 bucks or more.

The office manager spoke rudely to my wife and hung up the phone on her. Multiple "miscommunications" that led to canceled appointments and prescriptions that were not filled. We were repeatedly told that the records were not transferred to the office when in actuality they lost the records and told us later about it. Many times attempted to pick up a prescription to find out the prescription was never made available. The office canceled an all day appointment for my cat after we arrived on time at the office and were told that we needed to give her insulin prior to the visit and that we would need to reschedule. The office manger yelled at my wife stating they would not let her put down the office and then she hung up when asked for a records transfer

They always treat me and my pet like we're family- the staff and doctor here are awesome.
