Get the BEST CARE POSSIBLE for your pets at Nutmeg Spay/Neuter Clinic!!! The facility is sparkling clean, staffed with canine and feline EXPERTS. Your pets are in the most skilled and caring hands at Nutmeg and you will save hundreds of dollars over what veterinary hospitals will charge you. More important than money, is the fact is that your cat(s) and/dog(s) are so well cared for, I know this because I had a couple of my own cats there for surgery. Dr Grace is a gifted veterinarian and surgeon, I HIGHLY recommend her. Thank you everyone at Nutmeg for your hard work and for making a positive difference in this world. I highly recommend this clinic! The staff was very professional and handled every situation perfectly. The location is right off the highway so it's easy to get to. I am very satisfied with the spay of my pup. Keep up the good work!!

The staff is amazing and they take great care of the animals. The people that run this clinic should go home feeling extremely proud of the impact they are having on the community. Love this place and I wish the government would grant them much more money to continue their success! One day I hope they get enough grants to be able to afford regular veterinary care as opposed to solely spay / neuter with shots. Nonetheless, love the staff, love the place.

I took my two year old domestic short hair siblings to Nutmeg Clinic in Shelton. They fixed my critters for $65, but returned them to me with an excessive amout of fur shaved off (my female is shaved halfway up one of her sides), and my male had his own poop matted into whatever fur was left on his stomach. When I approached the woman about it, she said "oh, well he went while in the carrier and we did our best to clean it up." While they helped by fixing them at a more affordable rate, they certainly didn't go out of their way to take care of them.
