VCA of Vernon is wonderful. The entire staff is friendly and were very helpful for the 2 appointments I made. My mini yorkie is very anxious, barks, and nips when afraid and everyone that dealt with him was patient and waited for him to relax enough for the exam. I will definitely go back for any routine exams and emergencies! If you're worried about your pet bring it here first!

Its the worst animal hospital ever. The Doctors act fake and the staff is the master of faking that they care about your pet. All they care about is the money, and they don't give a sh*t about your pet. I brought my dog there and they were all jolly and go lucky about taking care of my pet, but all the info they gave me was everything I could easily look up on the internet, which I did before I went, and the worst part is the employ of PETCO was 10 times more informative than the doctor was.... bottom line equation was doctor at VCA (Vernon) was less helpful than FREE at PETCO. WOW I didn't realize that working at PETCO and being an a helpful person was more legit than being a VET. LOL

I took my pup in for his annual check-up, and had such a great experience. He was a little nervous, but the vet and staff took such good care of him! There were small personal touches that just made me feel valued and know that my little guy was in good hands. There was even a customized, hand-drawn welcome for Remy when we walked into his exam room. I will definitely be taking Remy back to VCA for all of his follow-ups. :)

The low review on here is an outlier, maybe a little expensive but good people, good care.

Don't take your pet her unless you are ready to be lied to and overcharged! Old, dirty house converted into an "office." Weird staff, over vaccinated my dog. Charged me for every shot, even the included follow-ups. Go somewhere else!
