Recently we noticed one of our cats, Simon, struggling to urinate. I called Cats Ltd at 8:05 am and Simon was seen within the hour. Urinalysis showed a significant urinary crystal issue requiring hospitalization. The doctors and staff went above and beyond to take care of our boy, even finding a pharmacy that could compound one of his medications into a flavored liquid to ensure compliance. He's doing so much better now. They always follow up the next day even with routine vaccines to be sure that the cats are ok. Although it is not easy to bring cats to the vet, they go to great lengths to make it a less stressful experience for both cat and guardian. They readily assist you if your cat has an accident in the carrier and provide entertainment in the form of a gigantic aquarium while the kitties are waiting. Check out is easy and quick. I have brought my cats here, my sister has brought her cat here and my best friend has as well. They are the most loving staff, always ready to offer help and has never once made me feel bad about starting with the less expensive options and then continuing from there if need be. My old man had to have almost all of his teeth removed and while there were less expensive places I could have taken him it wasn't really an option for me. I knew that he would be getting the best care at Cats Limited. If you think of your kitty as a family member rather than just a pet then this is the place the bring them. I had a rescue kitten that was much sicker than the rest of the litter, I had to bring him to an emergency place since it was very early in the morning and Cats Limited was not open, unfortunately after trying different things it was apparent that he would not be able to live a quality life, having been on many different medications at only four weeks old, we had to put him down, long story short not only did the caring staff at Cats Limited call to offer their condolences after being informed from the emergency vet they also sent out a card with hand written notes from each of the staff members. It's small, personal things like that that you will get when you take you kitty to Cats Limited. Forming a real relationship with your vet rather than just a doctor/patient one. I highly recommend them to anyone that loves their cat and truly wants the best care for them.

Love um! compassionate, caring.What else can you say. Some say their more expensive, I haven't noticed that. But they know cats! If they are more expensive they are worth every penny.

I've been bring my "cats" to Cats Limited shortly after they opened in 2005, and found the doctors and staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and caring. This Hospital is extremely clean and a "state of the art" facility for caring for ones pet. One of my cats died in March, 2013 with Leukemia, and Dr. Hester & Dr. Lafer were a wonderful support team while making Casey comfortable and supportive for me during this emotional time. They are all for preventive measures in keeping my two brothers healthy, and offer excellent advice and instructions on "how too". They are also most accommodating when scheduling an appointment, as their hours can meet all of my various times. "They Rock"!

I'm still feeling sick to my stomach after what they charged me to shave my cat. I went to them for check ups for a few years now and though they seemed on the expensive side I thought anything was worth it for my cat. I love him with all of my heart after all and it was nice to go to a place where he doesn't have to be afraid of any barking noises, as much as I also love dogs. To get to the point, they only give a full shave for a grooming, so they kind of make your cat look like a shaved poodle. This wasn't something I liked personally but I thought if it made my cat comfortable in the summer it would be worth it. What I didn't expect was the price. It was over $100 dollars! They just shaved my cat, his "lion cut" seemed uneven, and I specifically asked them not to do a lions cut. He had hair all over him as I pet him so I had to give him a bath. I just can't believe for their so called "grooming" where they simply shave your cat and clip his nails, they have the nerve to charge over $100 dollars! It was just over $110 actually and there was no one I could talk to. I had no idea. They gave me a chart where worst case is $200 if the cat is difficult or they have to put them to sleep, but usually it is around $30 or so they said. They didn't have to put my cat to sleep, they actually said he was very well behaved, but because they were busy with an operation on another cat, they would come in and out and work on my cat, and I get stuck with that kind of bill because they are under staffed? I can't believe how mislead I was, I paid and I had to walk out of there knowing how taken advantage of I was and I couldn't do anything about it.
