When our kitten became sick and suddenly took a bad turn, we were having trouble finding a vet who could see him right away. They immediately understood the urgency of the situation and simply asked "how soon can you get here?" to make time in the schedule for him. I was very impressed with the care they took, even requesting that we call very early the next morning to report his status. Their quick attention was absolutely wonderful.
