The first thing every one of the people who work there do is greet my dogs with genuine affection. Our poochs are "frequent fliers" and have boarded with them for years. They always come home healthy and happy. When I call, they give me a report and are very patient with a neurotic pet owner such as myself. The vets there are knowledgeable and true lovers of animals.
My dod loves this place because he gets "walks" and and the attention he needs. Other places charge for walks and play time.
