Ridiculous... I brought my kitten for his first visit to be checked out and treated for anything and everything that it needed. The kitten was diagnosed with scabies and worms. I told the Dr to treat the problem he scrapped all the scabies clean him and gave him a shot for the scabies and a shot for the worms. within 8 hours my cat was dead enough that rigamortise was setting in on the poor thing. The next day I called to discuss this tragedy and they told me that they would not refund my money. They told me the cat had stage 3 scabbies and thats what killed the cat. The cat was by NO means on the verge of dieing that day, until he was treated by that clinic. Nothing was explained that the treatment could kill the animal nor how severe it was NOTHING about stage 3 anything.The doc told me he was all set and to come back next week and everything should be gone by then.( I left happy and positive that everything was going to be fine). A tech had the audacity to ask me if i did my research on scabbies. I brought the cat to a doctor!!! Did you pass your exam? What am I paying you for if I need to research it.
