We have had many animals make special places in our hearts throughout the years and Dr. Goebel has taken care of each of them as if they were his own. When mom put dog flea medicine on our favorite cat Jay put everything else on hold to immediately give our Scooby the antidote. There is no comparison Dr. Goebel is the best. He even calmed down my mother during some of the harder times. We have never met a more compassionate man in any field and would recommend Dr. Goebel to any animal lover.

I don't know if there are really words to describe the way i feel about Dr. Goebel. I know a few people who are Veterinarians but i wouldn't take my babies anywhere else. He is so kind and compassionate and that means a lot. I was going through something very traumatic in my life and my sixteen year old dog was in congestive heart failure and had to be put to sleep. He spent a lot of time by my side even though he had other patients and also gave me a little time to spend with her alone. I have her son who is now sixteen years old and i know that when that time comes Dr. Goebel will be there for me with him too. I have had several animals over the years and Jay has taken good care of all of them. He is truly a very good Veterinarian but even more than that he is a wonderful and kind person. Dr. Goebel cared for our golden retriever from age 4 when we moved to Florida to his passing at the amazing age of 17-1/4. We credit a good deal of that longevity to Jay's care. He helped us through a back problem at age 11 (which necessitated a trip to the UF Vet hospital for surgery) to a heart issue requiring medication for the remainder of his life. The vet also diagnosed Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever in this dog, which doubtless saved his life again. We could not possibly be happier with Jay and his practice, and would bring any pet we ever owned to him proudly. His calm, caring demeanor, and his skilled attention and diagnostic ability make him the best vet one could ever hope for. If I could bear to get another dog, Dr. Jay would be our first stop.

His caring level-headed approach made me and my cat feel at ease and the best part was it didnt break the bank to give quality care to my pet friends.
