Love the staff. Only problem is they are never on time. Have had to reschedule 2 of three visits because they were running 45 mins late.

Thinking that it would be best to sign a contract for a year worth of vet care, I quickly learned that was a mistake. For what I pay for each month and the fees i'm charged once I am there I can visit another Local vet and get more for less. Banfield has caused me nothing but problems and unanswered questions and quickly realized that it was a mistake ever going there. For people wanting to sign a contract, please look around for another veterinarian to see. They just want your money and are not concerned with the wellness of your pet. They make you feel guilty for not wanting to purchase a product that is unnecessary for your pet and never tell you about any generic brands that you can get for half of the cost. I love my new Veterinarian and will never step foot inside of a Petsmart ever again. I would rather pay someone who will take care of what needs to be taken care of instead of trying to sell unnecessary products and to be taken advantage of. Good luck

If you have a bulldog, DO NOT take him to this hospital! Seek clinics with vets that have successful experiences treating bulldogs. My bulldog passed away the day after we took her here for her dental cleaning. And all previous visits had been extremely unpleasant. Nothing but a load of money ripped from us without solving the real cause of her repeated illnesses. They were non-supportive, under-knowledged, and over-priced.

Made an appointment here for 4PM (which was already pretty late for a sick dog). When my husband made it there, there were 3 other people waiting in front of us!!! We decided to try the location in Coral Springs. They need to get it together!
