Overpriced. Charging $60 for a vet to see my pet who never saw my pet. Only seen by vet tech for shot. Dr came in and said hello for 2 minutes when animal wasn't even in the room with me. Charged TWICE for the visit. My bank confirmed my debit card was run TWICE at the point of sale for over $250 and I had to open a dispute to get my money back which will take 2 weeks to get. I was treated rudely and spoken to in a rude, condescending manner by the office clerk each time I called inquiring about the double charge. I will NEVER go here again.

Our family of three little dogs had been long time patients of Dr. Marc. When Dr. Marc left we were a bit concerned, however, we have been so pleased with the care all of our pets have received, especially our most needy. Our youngest dog is a rescue who we knew came with health concerns and had been treated for chronic urinary infections. On her first visit with Dr. Man he decided to investigate the infection a little more by doing extensive testing. It was determined she had more issues going on. Dr. Man referred her to a specialist who he keeps in close contact whenever there is a question about Cali's health or treatment whether it is regarding a procedure the specialist has performed or his treatment for her. His diligence has afforded Cali to have a longer and healthier life. We can not thank him enough. Of course the staff at Boca Midtowne could not be better. They are an awesome group of people who treat each client and each case with respect and empathy! Thank you Boca Midtowne for everything you have done to insure the health of our babies!!

Baci has had some limping issues for sometime now. Our veterinarian told me it was a patellar luxation (misplaced knee cap). However, recently she seemed in pain and was not jumping on the couch and on my lab as she would normally do. Dr. Man graduated from the school I teach at, and other teachers have brought their pets to him. I thought I would give him a try, as well. Upon examination, Baci did have a knee problem, but it was not causing her pain. After X-rays, and a thorough exam, Dr. Man diagnosed IVDD, or intervertebral disc disease. This was exerting pressure on her spine and it was the cause of her pain and lethargy. She was immediately given anti-inflammatory drugs and a muscle relaxer. After two days, she is feeling much better. We have to restrict her activities for about 30 days, but if that is what it takes to get her better, then, that is what we do. He gave me his phone number and said call if you need me. Very nice, considering no other vet has offered their number for after hours consultation. So far, I give very high marks to Dr. Man.

We have been cat owners for 40 years and needed a local vet when we moved to Boca from San Francisco. The entire staff at Midtowne has been warm and welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Man has displayed a genuine love of animals each time our cats are with him and he communicates clearly and professionally with us. This office has been a great find that we recommend fully.

Six months ago after my veterinarian retired, I began the process of interviewing for a new Doctor for my dog Zac. I happily found my way to Dr Man. I love the way he interacts with my dog and how he makes me a part of the visit. I came to him with a lingering problem which he quickly resolved. The staff is very warm. Their care and courtesy is second to none. I am content with my decision and all of my experiences in a thoroughly modern setting. Judy Weiss
