Dr. Reum is the BEST vet I have ever gone to. She treats your animals as if they were her own and I am truly grateful to have found her and the clinic. I would highly recommend Boca Veterinary Clinic to anyone and specifically Dr. Reum. My dog just recently got his eye severely damaged as my cat lacerated his cornea. She got his eye treated immediately under the best care I could ask for. She is the ONLY vet who has ever given me her email so that she can follow up on how my dog was doing. I got an email asking me how my dog was doing and since I was worried so she saw him IMMEDIATELY afterwards, did some tests to assure me he was on track and fit him into her busy schedule. She did not charge me that much for this quick service either! I also had my cat neutered by her and my dog's teeth pulled by her and both surgeries were successful and I would recommend anyone to use her as a surgeon too. She emailed me after both those procedures to see how my animals were doing. I've never had such personal care from anyone in all the years I have gone to vets. I can honestly say in my heart she is the BEST ever. Also the staff at Boca Veterinary Clinic is great. When I call to schedule appointments they get back to me immediately (if it's after hours).

Dr. Reum and the Boca Vet Clinic are the absolute best! Dr. Reum is friendly, outgoing, and truly cares for you and your pets! She is extremely knowledgeable and helps you to understand anything and everything that may be going on with your pet. She is a skilled doctor and surgeon and I recommend her services and the Boca Vet Clinic to everybody that I know.Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and treats your pets as if they were their own. I will never bring my pet to another office or another doctor. Thank you Dr.Reum for everything!

I would give this clinic 0 stars if I could. They are in there for the money, they don't care for the well-being of your pet. We went there with our cat, who stopped eating a couple of days before. Dr Reum tried to push as many unnecessary tests as possible. For an X-ray, they wanted to charge anesthesia and a "specialist fee" .We told her that we don't need the specialist evaluation, we just want an x-ray to see what's inside my cat. She was very unflexible and wanted to charge both the anesthesia fee and the specialist fee (we later went to another clinic that did a simple x-ray; they told us that they rarely need anesthesia for an x-ray, they also didn't charge the specialist fee at my request, the doctor interpreted the x-ray ). Boca Veterinary clinic also sold us prednisolone pills that were expired a year ago (unfortunately I noticed that later). The other clinic were we went gave us all the medication in liquid and syrups, which are more easily administered to a cat than pills. Dr Reum didn't even bother to suggest syrups (we didn't even know that the medication can come both in pills and syrups, maybe it sounds dumb but I am a first time cat owner and my cat was healthy before, so I didn't have any experience in medicating him). My cat unfortunately died 3 weeks later. Dr Reum didn't bother to call us to check up on our cat, how he is doing. Don't take your pet to this clinic.

Boca Veterinary Clinic is amazing!! Dr. Reum is always there for me and my pets. She treats us like family and more importantly, she treats my pets like they are HER pets. I never feel like I am just another dollar. Dr. Reum always looks at my pets as family members, not income and not as lab work. She takes time to explain everything to me from blood work results to treatment plans. Once time she met me at the clinic after hours to take care of my cat when he was super sick. She is always friendly, and caring, I could not ask for a better vet. I am lucky to have her caring for my pets. If you are searching for a clinic, look no further, whether it is Dr. Hack or Dr. Reum your expectations will be exceeded. The staff is welcoming and amazing and I would NEVER take my pets anywhere else. Thanks Dr. Reum for all of your hard work and AMAZING patient care!!!!!

I was incredibly impressed with the level of care my dog received at The Boca Veterinary Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere put me and my hurting dog right at ease. Dr. Reum and her staff expertly and swiftly took my dog, who was there for an emergency visit, to be examined and made sure he was comfortable. Dr. Reum personally kept in touch with me during the stressful hours of my dog's surgery and made me feel assured that he was going to be okay. Dr. Reum's attention to my dog's needs was beyond impressive. During my entire visit, I felt relaxed and reassured that he was in the right hands and in a great office!
