I brought my Puppy here to get it's shots. It's a new vet that I'm trying out. I made an appointment but I did have to wait an extra 30 minutes. A little disappointed because why did I make an appointment if I had to wait longer? There was only two other people in the waiting room with me. Other than that, my puppy got it's shots and the Vet was nice. Not too sure if I'd come back here or go back to my old Vet. We'll see.

My cat Patou was peeing blood the other day and the wonderful front desk staff could fit me in within the hour. We saw Dr Tompkins and were treated with genuine compassion and knowledge. They got a urine sample and found there were crystals. She recommended a special diet to prevent this from happening again. I am truly appreciative of the professional, compassionate care. EXCEPTIONAL CARE. Very caring doctors. They were able to accomodate my scheduling needs without a problem. Before they did anything to my Tigger they explained it very well to me. Since I am a first time mother I had several questions and they really took their time to go over every singel question. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT. I also felt very comfortable with the charges, they were very fair and again clearly explained to me step by step all of the way. Kuddos to this wounderful group of people. Totally recommend to all pet lovers. :-)

They do an amazing job. The doctors are always available to answer any questions and the office even calls a few days after a visit to check on my cat.
