NOT RIGHT! I purchased several bags of special order cat food at the VETS recommendation. It didn't work. NO ONES Fault. However now COLES wants me to pay for a bag of food they special ordered for "ME" even thought the product doesn't work for my animal. I researched the company and they VERY CLEARLY have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and will reimburse you for product even if it is used. FUNNY that the vet won't bother to offer the same service. I'm out of there and on to another office. I can say I love the vet I saw there. Just not a fan of the above policy.
