I loved taking my dog Pickles to this hospital when Dr. Lund and his wife took care of him. They're very caring and loving with the animals, but on our last and final visit (because my dog passed away), we had Dr. Carter. He was very rude, cold and uncaring. I don't know why someone like this would be working with sweet, innocent animals. We obviously won't be going there anymore unless we get another dog, but i would never let him care for my dog again

Lund Animal Hospital is the best veterinarian practice that I have had the pleasure to deal with. Dr. Scott & Dr.Christy have great bed-side manner & really care for our 4-legged babies. They know their "stuff" and know how to treat the illnesses. I could not imagine bringing Sammy anywhere else.

I love Lund Animal Hospital! The ladies at the front desk are super nice. My chihuahua doesn't like anyone, but she loves Ashley and Monique(she's the dog whisperer). Daisy won't let anyone clip her nails or give her shots, except the staff at Lund, she bites everyone else. That says a lot to me. Kids and dogs are the best judges of character, so the saying goes :)

Staff is friendly and helpful, always run on time with appointments, flexible hours, caring doctors.

I used to work at Lund Animal hospital, absolutely despicable, the only boarded animals that were paid any attention to were the dogs who's owner paid more for the "TLC" package.. complete crap! we were never instructed to walk the dogs, only if we had free time walk the ones who had the premium package. Often dogs of large size were placed in small cages while there were larger runs used by smaller dogs under use by owners who PAID more! It's such a scam!! The doctor brought her own dogs to work, one of which was INFESTED with engorged ticks living in neighboring cages with the dogs that belonged to clients! She had VOLUNTEERS pulling out the intubation tube after surgery that goes in the dogs throat and one wrong move could puncture the trachea! Also, there were several "highly thought of vet-techs" who would take smoking breaks, and lets just say did not smoke cigarettes. I have worked at two vets since then and have seen a price difference so tremendous too! Other vets, 10x more reliable and efficient than this vet cost a 1/4 of what Dr. Kristie Lund charges. If owners would get a 2nd opinion before being coerced into spending a fortune on unnecessary vaccinations and medications they would find this to be true as well.
