I wanted to write this review as my experience has been very counter to what I've read about this Banfield in other reviews. I have always called to make an appointment, often needing to get in at the last minute fairly urgently as vet needs are rarely a planned event. The front desk staff has always done everything possible to get me in as soon as possible and it has always been the same day. Even when they are jammed, they've taken my cell number and called as soon as they have a time window in which they think they can squeeze me in. When I get there, they check in my retriever Mattie and I leave. The vet sees Mattie as soon they can fit her in and then call me with a diagnosis and an appointment time that I can meet with the vet. If you insist on staying with your pet the whole time, then yes, you'll probably be waiting for some time as you will not be the only person bringing your animal in that day. If you can work within their structure, which works for me, everything will be taken care of just fine. If you expect them to drop all the other animals they are treating that day to take care of yours, then you may need to look elsewhere. Unreasonable expectation= certain disappointment. I've had a great experience at this Banfield and have found the staff to be dedicated, caring, and professional.

Usually people that take the time to write a review are disgruntled or in some of these reviews mentally ill. We had a German Shepherd named Princess that unfortunately, due to old age, we had to put down at the ripe old age of 17. They were professional and helped us grieve this awesome dog. The vet staff is all about preventive medicine and the wellness plan is the best value out there. We have two puppies, another German Shepherd and a Golden Retriever and we would trust no one with their health more than this hospital and it's staff and doctors. Take my advice go there and see for yourself and compare other clinics. But I can promise you one thing if your dog is truly ill and you need to make an appointment stat this place will move heaven and earth to get your dog in.

Absolutely worst vet I have been to. I would never return to this vet and would ensure all of my friends and family would save themselves and their pet from this place. Terrible service and terrible wait times!!!! My dog was being over medicated, we would wait at minimum 1 hour to even go into a room to turn around and wait another hour before being seen. That was on a good day. There were times I was there between 3-4 hours with an appointment. I have an older dog with health problems and it was terrible to have to wait FOREVER to be seen. Unfortunately I had signed up for there wellness plan and was forced by contract to stay with them. It was terrible. Please take my advice and seek other services for your pet.

I went to Banfield for two years with my dogs. Even if you overlook the horrible waits and overburdened staff, their vets are horrible! Everyone there is very nice, however, nice doesn't heal animals. My older dog developed an issue with coughing and Banfield tried for 1 year to get rid of it. They ultimately told me it was a heart issue and dragged me through a year of xrays and blood work. I finally sensed something is wrong and took my dog to a specialist. The specialist, a top cardiologist, told me Banfield completely mis-diagnosed my dog and everything they did was unnecessary. If you care for any animal you own, you will stay from this place. Do not even consider going there under any circumstance. Their pricing looks attractive, however, it is like amateur hour at the Apollo. Do the research and look at other reviews related to Banfield all over the Internet and you will see that this chain of vet hospitals is the one place you want to stay away from!

They made my dog sicker! Went there on a Sunday, since my vet was closed, they wanted to order hundreds of dollars on test. I said no I'll wait for my vet, just get me medicine until I can take dog to his own vet. Thank goodness I did'nt listen to them. My dog got sicker from the RX they gave me. If you love your pet dont go to bansfield.
