X-rays and blood test both came back negative and Dr. Mike Alpert and Nurse Erin were both very helpful in explaining options with clear printed estimates BEFORE performing any procedures. What a concept? If only they had this in human healthcare. Thanks to both of you. Lucy the Lab pooped this morning and her demeanor is 180 back to normal.

Took my dog here for a non-life threatening injury. I found them to be really poor at communication (how long would it be until our dog could be treated, and also the Vet on the treatment). The Vet who evaluated our dog (for 2 minutes in the lobby) displayed only fair knowledge at best when talking about the injury/treatment our dog suffered ( i say this because we've owned many animals and have several friends that are Vets themselves). We decided to leave after 1.5 hours of waiting in the lobby with no updates, the only thing they did communicate enough to make us pay $85 for the "visit" (literally a 2 minute conversation) when we started to leave. Take from someone who has a lot of experience in dealing with animal clinics and Vets, there are much better animal hospitals in the area, try somewhere else.

The nurse lied to me about how to fix an infection and TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO NEED SURGERY ALL OVER AGAIN. which was a bold face to face not even a blink, LIE!!!! She wouldnt even give my dog antibiotics because she said it was a waist of my money. wouldnt wrap the bandages back and let me leave because she couldnt sell me a whole nother surgery. WHERE I WENT TO CORAL BREEZE THE NEXT DAY GTOT A SHOT AND ANTIBIOTICS AND WAS FINE> I HOPE THEY CATCH A LAW SUIT. ILL EVEN GIVE YOU MY NUMBER. THEY HAVE CAMERAS SO IM NOT LYING. 561- five seven four - one five three eight

Yes it is pricey, however the staff there is incredible and will do anything to save your pet and make sure there aren't any underlying problems. They have the best tools and specialists to be able to do that. You cannot put a price on the health and well being of your pet, and there are pet insurance options out there that are legitimate and do reimburse you. For my baby i want the very best care and this truly is it! As an overprotective mommy I took my german shepherd there many a time in the middle of the night for an assortment of ailments from silly to serious, and every time they were wonderful!!! I especially love Dr Duncan, and am wondering if she practices outside of pet PB as well, as she would be an amazing choice for a regular veteranarian. I would recommend this office to anyone, if your animal is in trouble, don't hesitate to go here. They are compasionate and sympathetic, and go above and beyond.
