Village Square Veterinary Clinic is the best vet around! They really take the time to figure out what is going on with your pet and explain everything very well. My dog gets scared at the vet and they do a great job at calming him down and making him feel at ease. They are not in a rush to get you in and out. After your visit, they always call within a few days to make sure everything is going well with your pet. Very loving, welcoming, and friendly staff! I am always confident that my pup is in good hands when I need to leave him there. We have been taking all of our pets here for the last 15 years and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I am so happy to finally have a vet that I trust! Dr. Douglas and her staff are not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also compassionate, warm, honest and good people all around! Recently I lost my loving cat, Lunita, and Dr. Douglas and her staff called, me, sent a me a simpathy card and made a contribution to the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine on Lunita's behalf. Dr. Douglas never over-treats her pet patients for financial gain, she treats them according to what they truly need. I have taken both my cat and dog to Dr. Douglas. This was after having to take both of them to emergency vets and having awful and expensive experiences. Afterwards, I began taking them to VSVC. The care and concern has been excellent. As far as fees are concerned, it is what it is and I am willing to pay for good service and hopefully results. I have received this and will continue to do business there for my precious babies.

Dr. Douglas has been amazing and has a super wonderful sweet caring kind staff. We have been through 5 animals with them and they are just wonderfull. They have been there from emergencies to regular upkeep to overly anxiouse animals. Would not go anywhere else.
