1st time here and loved it, definitely will come back again and both my dogs will always come here.

Rude Woman finally answered phone after several attempts. Ok I will be honest and say I didn't even book my dogs to stay here. I called for holiday prices and the lady asked when will they be staying and I told her the dates - she immediately cut me off and got really nasty with me saying she didn't have time to do all this right now and to call the other number and leave a message. Her voicemail says not to leave a message for these inquiries hence why I called the other line. I didn't even bother because she was so rude. If you treat people like this, i can only imagine how you treat the dogs. By the way, what is up with the extensive post of following this 5 minute rule all over her website. No other kennel has this crazy rule. I wonder what she is hiding?
