This place is horrible. I signed up for their wellness plan 10 months ago when I first got my puppy. The wellness plan carries a one year contract. However, once my contract expires this October 2013, I will never bring my dogs here again. There have been several occasions where they have quoted me one price then charged me another. Several occasions where procedures and/or vaccinations have not been covered in the wellness plan. Additionally, My dog has had false diagnoses. One minute I am being told that my dog has a major ailment then called back a few mins later only to be told they read the machine wrong. Doesn't matter if you make an appointment, prepare to sit a good 45 mins to an hour before you see a doctor. And forget about dropping your pet off in the morning. My dogs went in for a routine checkup and have now been sitting in a cage for 8 hours. I am told the doctor (the one and only doctor they have for the whole day on a Monday) has been in surgery and will not get to see my dogs for another two hours. Every single time I go there are different nurses and doctors. Which leads me to believe they have a high turn over rate and can't keep their employees happy MUCH MUCH less their patients. I do not recommend Banfield Pet Hospital.

If you need basic vaccines or flea medication, they'll do. The doctor is never in and the nurses have such a high turnover, they may as well be fast food cashiers. Find a real vet!
