what a nightmare! just had the worst experience of my freaking life. if you can avoid this place, DO! unless it is life or death and they r the only place open..try to hold out till your vet opens, or find another emergency clinic because they suck. Beth Schoeppner was sooo rude, uncaring, and cold..worst vet on the planet!

Our dog had a severe case of allergy. Sunday morning we brought our dog to the emergency clinic in Casselberry. We were very pleased to see the immediate great results. Moreover, we were pleased to see our bill. Our regular vet charges us way more. The doctor, at the emergency clinic, didn’t try to charge us more for unnecessary expensive tests. Everyone was honest, straightforward, and willing to help.

My Jack Russell Terrier was in a good bit of pain with a twisted outer claw so my husband looked up emergency clinics and chose this one. I went straight over and was pleased that it was very clean and fresh in the lobby. I was immediately greeted by a friendly tec named Pam who brought us into the patient room right away. She wanted to assess the situation prior to the doctor coming in. When I went to show her the bloody claw that needed clipping, (which I did not want to do myself because when I touched it earlier he yelped) the tip of the claw had fallen off and his toe was aligned just fine. She was very gentle with him and bandaged him up. She then gave me the choice to see the doctor or not, but it was obviously no longer necessary. There was no charge. My Jack Russell is feeling just fine now with a pink bandage on his paw. I will 100% return if I ever need semi-urgent care or actual emergency services after hours for either of my dogs because of the care, the environment and the honesty.

i will NEVER go back here again! took my dog in at 6:40 to get her bandages redone on her head. they told me they needed to sedate her. my normal vet's office closed at 6pm and they have bandaged my dog multiple times without any sedation. this place talked trash about my current vet hospital! when i refused to have my dog sedated, the dr was rude and brought my dog out from the back covered with blood and poop!!!! no napkins, towels, or anything to clean her up.. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

They are great!!! I had a dog with severe epilepsy and whenever he would have a bad episode I would rush him there. They always took great care of him and brought his temperature down, gave him an IV and etc. immediately. Once he came to he would howl the whole night, the staff always got a kick out of him.
